Privacy Policy
Mai Bhago Automations ("we", "us") is an AI automation consultancy based in Ontario, Canada. This page explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why, and what we do with it. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will answer.
1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your name, email, phone number, company and anything you write in a contact form or an email to us.
- Business contact details from public sources: for business-to-business outreach we may use a work email address, name, job title and company that is published on a company website or business directory.
- Basic website data: standard technical information such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected by our hosting and analytics tools.
- Email replies: if you reply to one of our emails, we keep that conversation so we can respond to you.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your questions and discuss work with you.
- To send a short number of relevant business emails to companies we think we can help, and to follow up on those emails.
- To deliver and improve our services, and to keep our website secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
4. Cold email and your choices
When we email you without having heard from you first, we follow Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every message identifies us, includes our contact details, and tells you how to stop receiving emails. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us. We will stop contacting you and add your address to a do-not-contact list so it is not used again.
5. Google user data
We use an internal tool called Outreach Engine to send and manage our own business email. It connects to Google accounts that we own and operate (our own sending mailboxes and our own Google Sheet) using Google sign-in (OAuth). It is not offered to the public.
- What it accesses: only our own Gmail mailboxes, to send emails and to read replies to those emails, and our own Google Sheet, to keep a list of contacts and sending status.
- What we do with it: the data is used only to run our own outreach and respond to replies. It is not used for advertising.
- Sharing: we do not sell, share or transfer Google user data to anyone, except as required by law.
- Humans reading it: only we read it, and only to operate the service, respond to a message, or for security reasons.
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our email, hosting, spreadsheet and workflow-automation providers. They may only use the information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact and conversation records only as long as they are useful for the purpose they were collected for, and for as long as the law requires. Opt-out records are kept so we do not contact you again. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
8. How we protect it
Access is limited to us, accounts use sign-in protection, and data is stored with reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to being contacted. Email us at the address above and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
